We answer and dispatch
Call us any time, day or night. Tell us what happened, and we’ll send a crew from our Walla Walla or Kennewick office.

We stop the damage and inspect
First, we keep the damage from getting worse, whether that means stopping a leak, boarding up a burned room, or sealing off a moldy area. Then we inspect everything and show you what we found.

We clean it up
We dry out wet materials, clear away soot and smoke residue, or remove mold, depending on the job. Anything that can’t be saved comes out, and everything that stays gets cleaned and sanitized.

We rebuild it
Once the cleanup is done, our own repair crew puts your home or business back together, so you won’t need a separate contractor. We also handle the insurance paperwork, sending photos and a detailed estimate straight to your adjuster.

How fast can you get to my property?
We answer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Walla Walla team typically arrives within one hour, and our Kennewick team typically arrives within two hours anywhere in the Tri-Cities, depending on weather and call volume.
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We work directly with all major insurance carriers and stay involved until your claim is 100% settled. Most sudden damage, like a burst pipe or a kitchen fire, is covered by a standard homeowners policy, but every policy is different, and we’ll help you understand the claims process.
Do I have to use the restoration company my insurance recommends?
No. You can choose any restoration company, even if your insurer suggests a different one. Many homeowners call us for an inspection before they file a claim.
How long does it take to dry out water damage?
Most homes take three to five days to dry. We take moisture readings as the job goes and remove our equipment only after the readings show the structure is back to normal.
Can you get the smoke smell out of my home and belongings?
Yes. Smoke works into walls, vents, and fabrics, so we clean every affected surface and treat the air with ozone, hydroxyl generators, and HEPA filtration. We also clean smoke-damaged belongings that can be saved.
How do I know if I have mold?
A musty smell, dark spots on walls or ceilings, or a recent leak are the usual signs. Mold can also grow out of sight inside walls or under floors, so we inspect for hidden growth and find the moisture that’s feeding it.
